You don't have to be on a special outing to stargaze. I remember sitting on the porch of my Grandparents house with my cousins. I remember trying to pick out the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper. I always had a sense of peace and calmness when looking up to the night sky. When we have Fourth of July celebrations on their land now, I do the same thing. Just sit, stare, and enjoy peace that flows through me. When I had my HHR I loved taking advantage of opening my sunroof so I could glance up now and then at the night sky. I'd love to hear about your experience stargazing Remember, by incorporating stargazing into your routine, you can enjoy these diverse benefits, enhancing your overall quality of life and well-being.
